John Dorn Award: This award is given to a Ph.D. student in the last year of his or her studies. This year the award went to Sam McFadden from U. C. Davis.
Scholastic Achievement Award: This award is given to outstanding students from U. C. Berkeley and U. C. Davis. This year awards were given to: Dan Jones, Aditi Risbud, Justin Curtis, Nathan Mara from U. C. Davis and Hayley Lam from U. C. Berkeley.
Outstanding Community College Student Awards: This award is given to outstanding students in academic and technical programs at regional community colleges. Two nominations from each school are considered. This year the awards were given to:
