Heroult Historic Site - On Saturday, September 25, 1999, ASM International recognized the town of Heroult, California, as an ASM International historical landmark.  This page gives the details.

Western Aerospace Museum - the June 2002 meeting featured a guided tour of the Western Aerospace Museum located adjacent to the Oakland Airport.  This page contains photos taken during the tour.

Historic Site Dedication, L'Anse Aux Meadows, Newfoundland - A July 26th, 2004 dedication of this site as an ASM International historical landmark, an event that was made possible by the efforts of G.P. "Jerry" Fritzke, P.E., a past Chairman of the Golden Gate Chapter of ASM International.
